Brooke is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, credentialed by the Commission on Dietetics Registration, and holds a Master's Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University.
Her interest in nutrition began as a competitive gymnast when she learned the importance of food and nutrition as fuel for optimal performance, recovery and healing.
Brooke's nutrition experience includes school nutrition, community nutrition and private practice. She spent time teaching youth the importance of lifelong healthy eating and implementing healthy habits at a young age. She also spent several years providing outreach and education to low-income communities, while also working in various corporate and private practice settings, empowering busy individuals to live their best life. Brooke is qualified to provide nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, and general wellness recommendations regarding food and nutrition in a variety of settings.
